Respect for creators

PrintCommons users may only upload, publish, sell, or distribute files and content they own or have permission to use. Marketplace participation does not transfer ownership of another creator's work.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on PrintCommons infringes your copyright, provide enough information to identify the work you own, the material you believe is infringing, where it appears on PrintCommons, and a reliable way to contact you. Reports should be made in good faith.

Review and removal

PrintCommons may review reported material, temporarily restrict access while a report is investigated, request additional information, and remove or disable content when appropriate. Repeated or deliberate infringement may result in account restrictions.

Counter-notices and disputes

A user whose content is removed may provide information explaining why the removal was mistaken or why the user has permission to use the material. PrintCommons may restore content when appropriate and may require the parties to resolve ownership disputes directly when the service cannot determine the underlying rights.
